Engine 2 Diet Week 2 Kick-Off!


The second week of the E2 Challenge focuses on removing meat from your diet. You may think it’s easy to swap a faux meat product for the real thing, but we will dive farther into those products and examine why some of them are no better than their animal counterparts. Instead, we will focus on plant based, whole food alternatives and make a hearty recipe to go along with it. Plenty of prizes will be given away so make sure you’re earning your raffle tickets!
