The Exotic Cuisine of India

This class will be taught by Anu of Exotic Palates. If your tummy grumbles for the tantalizing samosas or perfect pulao, come learn the secrets of spices and the mysteries of masala from Anu of Exotic Palates! Discover the basic techniques of Indian dumplings, flavorful dipping sauces, savory main dishes and perfect fluffy rice. Top it all off with spicy naan and an evening of Indian history and culture, and you’ve got a fragrant trip to India- right on the shore of Lake Calhoun. Class has hands on opportunities as desired. On the menu:

  • Crispy, Spicy Potato Samosas with Mint Chutney
  • Restaurant Style Butter Chicken
  • Elaichi Pulao
  • Cucumber Raita
  • Masaledar Spiced Naan

You will receive classroom credit for the amount of the class to be used no later than three months from the date of the class that you registered for.
