Join us for a free exercise session every Monday morning in September conducted by the trainers from Volt Fitness in Glen Rock. This workout is perfect for any fitness level - all you need is a mat, a towel & a smile! The session is a 45 minute Boot Camp style workout followed by 15 minute relaxing mind-body cool down which includes body weight exercises & cardio intervals.
