Our resident fish-monger and trained chef, Zack, is hosting an extra special cooking class. He’ll show you how to prepare 7 different fishes for any feast paired with one of our Top 10 Holiday Wines, La Piuma Pecorino; featuring flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, and mineral.  Rest assured knowing that our seafood is ranked by the Blue Ocean Institute for sustainability and that you’ll taste the freshest, highest-quality seafood available… nothing naughty added!
