For everyone who has a passion for preparing great food – from the novice to the experienced home chef, our head butcher will show you how to prepare a turkey and head Chef Gerry will show you how to brine and cook the turkey--then you can eat his scrumptious offering!

What's more, you’ll meet the charming turkey farmer of Bramble Farm in Surrey, Derek Joy. Derek will explain how he raises his turkeys slowly and naturally to provide the most tender turkey for your Christmas table.
