Fish Fridays

From now through Easter, each Friday we will be demonstrating (and sampling!) easy and delicious fish recipes. Below is a list of which fish we will feature. 

- February 15: Atlantic Salmon

- February 22: Wild Alaskan Halibut

- March 1: Farmed Red Fish 

- March 8: Fresh Wild Flounder

- March 15: Alaskan Cod

- March 22: Wild Sea Scallops
