Health Starts Here Cooking Class

Each Thursday during the month of Oct, Gerrie Adams, the Healthy Eating Specialist, will showcase recipes, tips and tricks to helping people achieve their goal of becoming healthier.  All dishes featured will be made with nutrient-dense, plant-strong, low sodium, oil-free, and whole grain ingredients.  Come learn how to make delicious dishes following the Health Starts Here program.  Recipes and samples are provided with this class.  The featured recipe for each week will be:
