Healthy Eating Dinner Club: Asian Fusion

Spring is a great time for veggies and Asian cuisine keeps those veggies crisp-tender with flavors bright. Our classroom becomes a café and Bev and I, your personal cooks and hostesses! Here’s a sneak peak: we will start off with a vegan, raw sushi made with jicama instead of rice! Allow us to make you a delicious gourmet meal using the best ingredients we can choosing organic whenever possible. Seating is limited so RSVP
