In this class you will learn how to sauté without processed oils, how to substitute fruit-based sweeteners for sugar, how to create creamy, delicious dairy substitutes and tasty, low sodium options, as well as the practice of batch cooking, and flavorful, recipe add-ins.  MENU: Green Smoothies Made Easy; Quick Breakfast Couscous; Mighty Bowl of Goodness; and Southwest Sweet Potato Scramble. $35
