Italian Seafood with Francesca Giarraffa

Sicily and Campania inspire the dishes featured in this class. You start with an appetizer made of sautéed Mussels served as a Bruschetta with just a drizzle of spicy olive oil.  The main course features Merluzzo, grilled cod fillets topped with a lemony sauce and a Fennel and Cannellini Bean Salad.
