One-Pot Wonders

During the high heat of summer, no one wants to turn the stove on three times a day. In this “One Pot Wonders” class, Camille will show how to do a week’s worth of meals in a low-stress “one and done” fashion. Learn to make a 15-minute “Firehouse Chili,” a plant-strong dish hearty enough to feed a troupe of hungry firefighters, with a basic recipe that’s easy to adapt. We’ll then create an “Easy-Peasy Mac & Not Cheesy,” with brown rice pasta, protein-packed peas, and juicy mushrooms, all served on a bed of kale. Finally, we’ll celebrate mango season with a one-pot, no-cook “Mango-Coco Chia Pudding” you can pull together in minutes.
