Using Food to Tackle Stress

We all have stress in our lives but what most of us don’t know is that chronic stress drastically affects our health.  This Health and Food 101 class will give you tips, tricks and lifestyle strategies to help relieve your stress.   We will discuss what stress is, what stress does to our bodies and the foods that help and hurt us.   We can lower our stress through our diet and lifestyle choices and in this class you will discover what foods to eliminate that create stress and which foods and nutrients that are best to eat to reduce stress in our bodies.
