
Thinking about learning to cook simple, healthy vegetarian food? Join us at 11:00 am the third Sunday of every month at Whole Foods. The session will include some ayurvedic tips on eating in-tune with nature, season and our body type.The session is free and you get to taste the food cooked. Donations are welcome.
