Vegetarian Pasta Favorites

(Please register directly with Vom Fass – 608.204.0300) VOM FASS Chef Kevin Appleton will show you how to prepare three pasta dishes inspired by his travels in Italy: Gnocchi, Penne with Walnuts and Ricotta, and Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage Truffle Oil. Participants will get to create their own handmade ravioli and roll their own gnocchi!  Don't forget to wear clothes that can handle a little dusting of flour.
