Clint Victorine has dedicated his entire career to the production of humanely-raised, high-quality beef. His cattle are raised on the clover and rye grass pastures of the beautiful Eel River Valley in Humboldt County, Northern CA. Because of their healthy environment, they do not need the growth hormones and antibiotics that other farmers use. Join us in the meat department as we sample out this wonderful beef.
