Affectionately dubbed the "heart" of the trendy Robson retail area. This store shares a LOT with the West End community; its popular parking lot is home to several events including our annual harvest-time Living Naturally Fair and other open-air celebrations. Its wraparound awning covered outdoor deck is also a popular mealtime destination.

Thinking of Trying to Live Without Wheat? Do you get fatigued after eating breads? Are you often bloated and have uncomfortable digestion? Achy? Depressed? Pain after eating?
If you think you might be sensitive to wheat or gluten, a food elimination diet can be helpful in both identifying food intolerances and in giving the gut a rest so that it can heal and restore acid/base balance. It can be challenging to know where to start because gluten and wheat is found everywhere.
The first part of this workshop will be in the Stanley Court Room at WECC, and the second part will involve an aisle by aisle nutritional tour of Robson Capers Whole Foods Markets.

The "Viv" provides supported housing for at-risk, chronically homeless women. It is the first minimal barrier housing program in Vancouver specifically designed for women living with concurrent mental illness, addiction and other challenges.
