FREE Class: Cleansing 101

Pre-registration highly recommended

Join Jenny Ross from the Whole Body department for a crash course on different ways to cleanse your body of built-up toxins. Explore different types of fasts, including the Master Cleanse or Lemonade Diet, and discover how eating raw food can ease digestion and help conserve your energy. Learn about the range of cleansing kits we offer, from kits for first time users to kits for specific organs and issues. Methods to avoid toxins and protect your health both during and following cleansing will be covered. Each participant will get a goodie bag of samples and a chance to win some great raffle prizes. Space is limited so pre-registration is highly recommended (but not required). Class will begin in the cafe.
