Our Store Leadership Team

Dave Baffa, Store Team Leader
Dave is a well-seasoned veteran in the grocery industry, joining Whole Foods Market with more than 25 years experience. Dave has been a Whole Foods Market Team Leader at three of our Chicagoland locations, and now he will take on the role as Store Team Leader in Sauganash. Dave is excited to share his passion and talent with the Sauganash community!

Jim Miller, Associate Store Team Leader
Jim is a veteran of the natural foods business having worked with Whole Foods Market since our first store opened in Lincoln Park in 1993. Jim has worked in six Whole Foods Market locations in a variety of positions such as: Meat Team Leader, Store Team Leader for three locations, Payroll/Benefits Specialist, and as the Recruiter for the Midwest Region prior to joining the Sauganash Team. He is excited to work in the great Sauganash neighborhood to serve this diverse community. 

Timothy Worthington, Associate Store Team Leader
Tim joined Whole Foods Market with 15 years experience in retail management at several natural food stores, a coffee shop, and various other stores. His Whole Foods Market career began 4 years ago as the Grocery Team Leader at our Palatine location. Most recently, Tim was the Grocery Team Leader at our Evanston location. Tim looks forward to introducing the Sauganash community to our vast selection of natural and organic foods.
