Elk Grove, Calif. (August 18, 2026) - Whole Foods Market will open a new 43,000-square-foot store, located at 8100 Elk Grove Blvd. in Elk Grove, Calif., on September 16, 2026. The store will open at 9:00 a.m. on opening day, and regular store hours will be 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. daily. This will be the 4th Whole Foods Market store in the Sacramento area, and 94th in California.
The new location’s product assortment features more than 1,500 local items from California-based suppliers, sourced with the help of Patrick Wyman, Forager for Local & Emerging Brands at Whole Foods Market.
