Cabernet-based red blend from the estate Margarita Vineyard in the Santa Margarita Ranch sub AVA of Paso Robles, CA
Aromas of red fruits, blueberry and black currant with luxurious layers of blackberry, boysenberry, chocolate, tobacco and baking spice. Minerality texture with firm, chewy tannins add a powerful touch and a seemingly endless finish.
This rich Cabernet Blend can be paired with grilled tri-tip, Beef or braised short ribs, filet mignon and grilled lamb shank with rosemary and garlic.
After fermentation, each varietal lot is aged separately for up to 23 months in premium French oak barrels. The final blend is assembled from only those barrels that exhibited exemplary complexity, structure and aging potential.
