Buis d'Aps, a small locality next to Alba-La-Romaine, is a clay-limestone terroir whose hillsides offer the best slopes to grow our Pinot Noir.
This cuvee follows strict rules which are applied with consistency; limited yields, hand picked, and partial oak barrel aging.
Bright ruby color promises a characterful wine. Full bodied and round, with ripened fruit aromas and fine spice notes. This is an elegant wine with soft tannins.
Pefect with charcuterie platters and hard cheeses.
