Beautiful, intense ruby red color with purple reflections. Fruity nose with hints of violets and black cherry. The taste is harmonious and lasting, with firm body and soft and lucscious tannins.
Excellent with hard cheeses. For family dinners, this pairs well with eggplant parmesan and oven baked meatballs in tomato sauce.
