Our wines are made in Old World European traditions. Grapes selected at perfect PH, lower brick level, extended fermentation 14-18 days. No additives, lower sulfites, 90% less sugar. Varietally correct, full flavor, 12.4% to 14.1% ABV per bottle.
Thomas Allen’s Partnership controls over 10K acres owned & under contract.Our production facility underwent a 6mm-25K sq ft expansion. Added a “Super Block” bottling system with a yearly bottling capacity 2mm cases.
