Aged 9 months in oak: 98% French oak, 2% American oak, 20% new
On the nose red fruit and sweet tobacco. On the palate, layered red, blue and black berry fruit and blood orange underpin subtle spice and toast. Fine tannins and balanced acidity drive a long finish.
Pair with roast chicken with mushrooms, grilled pork loin and gruyere macaroni.
