CERES Certified Organic Grapes from biodynamic vineyards. Hand harvested, fed by gravity into stainless steel tanks in whole clusters, fermented using native yeasts, organic yeast nutrients.
Matetic Vineyards established by Jorge Matetic in 1999 in the Rosario Valley (Casablanc & San Antonio DO). Matetic has 470 acres farmed organically (certification by CERES),under biodynamic principles (Demeter cert) to achieve 100% natural grapes
EQ Pinot Noir has bright and lively red color, with violet hues. Aromas offer notes of red fruit, mixing with hints of minerals, spices, and ripe citrus. The wine is well structured and balanced, with juicy acidity and sweetness from the ripe tannins.
This Pinot Noir pairs well with pasta and risotto dishes especially mushrooms, turkey, grilled samon, spiced lamb. Especially cheeses like brie, gouda and manchego.
