A deep ruby color with abundant flavors of dark fruit. Ripe notes of blackberry and plum are coated with baking spice and vanilla. Full bodied with medium tannins.
The fruit for OZV Zinfandel is sourced entirely from our sustainably farmed, family-owned estate vineyards in Lodi, CA. Lodi enjoys warm days and cool nights which allows the grapes to fully ripen while maintaining their natural acidity.
Aged 11 months in barrels made from 80% French oak, 20% American oak
14% ABV
