To Prepare: Using a sharp knife, place the mango on a stable surface and slice the mango lengthwise on either side of the pit. Score a lattice into the flesh, being careful not to cut through the skin. Gently push out the flesh, slice off the cubes and discard the skin
Mango can be stored at room temperature when whole, once sliced wrap and store in the refrigerator or freezer
