Description
This lovely wine is hand-crafted from 100% cranberries. A touch of sweetness on the front moves to a delicious tart cranberry finish that pairs nicely with poultry and pork.
No oak, made with 100% whole cranberries. Cranberries are purchased at harvest (usually October) and stored frozen. The wine is made in 6,000-pound batches throughout the year (yield is 600 cases per batch). Winemaking involves traditional winemaking yeasts and nutrients for fermentation and traditional equipment for crushing, pressing filtering and bottling.
A great match with fish, pork, as well as spicy cuisine.It is especially festive with traditional holiday fare. Serve chilled or try it mixed with vodka, bourbon or fizzy seltzer.
T'his bottle of wine is certified Kosher by Kosher Supervision of Americar, so it's a perfect choice for Passover Seders and other High Holiday feasts.
