In the early 1990s, Pine Ridge crafted this unusual and delectable blend as an experimental bottling. This unique marriage of two varieties unites the crisp, honeyed fruit of Chenin Blanc with the plush body and juicy stone fruit notes of Viognier.
Chenin Blanc is sourced from Clarksburg, referred to as the “Gem of the Delta.” Viognier is sourced from Lodi, which has a Mediterranean climate.
The bright entry reveals lychee, key lime, peach, grapefruit, and nectarine flavors. Balanced acidity carries through the clean, lingering finish.
