FLAVOR FIRST, FUEGO SECOND: Our sauces are not meant to be daredevil, burn-your-esophagus hot. We hope spice lovers of all degrees can appreciate that we dial down the heat in order to turn up the flavor.
SECRET FAMILY RECIPE: Wanna know the secret? It’s the slow roasting process where we remove the Jalapeños bitter skin to unveil a sweet, almost playful flavor that’s unlike anything you’ve tried before. We also add tomatillo, quillaja extract, sea salt and garlic for picante más sabor!
MEDIUM/MILD HEAT: We give it “2 out of 5 flames,” perfect for spicy mayo, tacos, dips, salsa, shrimp ceviche o salad, and other great food you eat.
