  • THE ALCHEMY OF PROCESSING: The magic is in the mix. We source Naturally-processed East African coffees (where the cherry is dried whole, imparting massive berry flavors) and anchor them with Washed Colombian coffees to provide a clean, structural baseline.

  • METICULOUSLY DIALED: Achieving this specific flavor profile requires roasting to extremely tight tolerances. Sermon is roasted to an Expressive Medium, developing the inherent sugars just enough to tame the African acidity without muddying the fruit clarity.
