From vines planted in 2010 and 2015 as clone 96 Dijon grafted to 3390C rootstock in both cole silt loam and yolo loam soils. Fermented in 50% nuetral oak for 9 months, stirring the lees weekly for 6 months.
5th generation grapegrowers in the Napa Valley, first harvest was in 1903. All estate vineyards in Yountville and Oakville have been certified organic since 1991. Sourced from two single vineyards in Yountville: BlockHouse & MorgaenLee.
Beautiful bright aromas of ripe yellow apple, peach, cantaloupe, pineapple, meyer lemon, and orange blossom. The peach & lemon continue on the palate with a round, clean, & crisp finish.
A delicate summer sipping white wine pairs great with soft cheeses, or any seafood, like oysters or scallops.
