A Bordeaux blend comprised of mainly Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Malbec. Sourced primarily from the BlockHouse vineyard in Yountville.
5th generation grapegrowers in the Napa Valley, first harvest was in 1903. All estate vineyards have been certified organic since 1991. Winemaker, Jeff Onysko, makes a fun and delicious red blend from estate vineyards in Yountville & Oakville.
Aromas of bright raspberry jam and dark red cherries. The palate is full of red fruits and balanced out with cedarwood spices. A medium bodied, fruit-forward wine, with soft elegant tannins, giving it strength and balance.
A versatile wine that can pair with any meat, but highly recommend a pasta bolognese or great burger! Would be delicious with portbello mushrooms too.
