Our Malbec grows on vineyards located at the foothills of the Pyrenean Mountains, in the Limoux area. The influences of the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, and the proximity of the mountains enhance temperature shifts from day to night and create conditions for a slow and even ripening growing season. This creates an exceptional aromatic persistence in the fruit.
Lovely glossy ruby in the glass. On the nose, the wine displays dark red fruit aromas: red plum and blackberry, with hints of dried leaves. This is a very approachable wine, with a smooth palate and silky tannins. A great structure, with a balanced acidity and an elegant finish.
Enjoy King Rabbit Malbec at room temperature, with spicy tomato sauce with gnocchi, sausage and lentil stew, crispy roast pork, spicy Moroccan lamb, chocolate lava cake, black forest cherry cake .
