SIMI Alexander Valley Landslide Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon reflects our dramatic estate vineyard in the Alexander Valley where the fruit for this wine was grown.
SIMI owns vineyards in two small and specialized sub-districts of Sonoma County-the warmer Alexander Valley, and the cooler, foggier Russian River Valley.
We made our first wine from Sonoma County grapes in 1876 and have been continuously making wine in the same stone cellar in Healdsburg, California since 1890.
On the palate, red berries, cassis, blackberry, and plum. This wine is structured and elegant with balanced acidity, finishing with supple, ripe tannins and bittersweet cocoa.
