Miso Master Unpasteurized and naturally fermented miso paste contains no yeast, fish or animal products and is aged in traditional wooden vats through all four seasons for authentic flavor.
Use miso paste for soup, or add as an ingredient to stews, glazes, salad dressings, marinades, baked goods and desserts. Enhances savory flavor and adds contrast to sweets.
