Maison Pierre Sparr follows a 300-year-old tradition of winemaking that began during the reign of King Louis XIV in Alsace, France.
The Cremant is made in the same manner as Champagne and with 100% Pinot Noir. Fresh aromas of strawberry and raspberry with lively acidity and delicate bubbles.
Excellent on its own for any occassion but the wine shows at its best with fresh summer salads, delicate seafood and shellfish as well as a diversity of soft and aged cheeses and chacuterie.
