Description
Nature’s Path Heritage Crunch is a mix of our ancient grain cereal flake, combined with crunchy granola clusters and gently sprinkled with cinnamon for a slightly sweet taste. The nutrient-packed flakes were crafted with 6 ancient grains: khorasan wheat, quinoa, millet, spelt, oats and barley. These super grains were carefully chosen to maximize the health benefits of your morning routine. Millet is naturally high in protein and antioxidants and can help improve blood sugar and cholesterol. Quinoa is super high in fiber and helps with digestion. khorasan is an energy grain to help give you a nice mini boost. A single serving comes with 31g of whole grains and 6g of protein. We believe it’s important to start the day right, and that’s why we created this deliciously tasty cereal, filled with simple, whole food, organic and non-GMO ingredients.
