Our salad recipes move salad to the center of the table with four main courses that are easy to put together and can all be done on the grill. There are many ways to compose a salad, an infinite variety of flavors to audition, leading to seemingly endless possibilities. Learn the basics; take another look in your garden, the market, or your refrigerator and get creative with crisp and cool choices for marvelous meals.
