Join Cherie Wolter in creating healthy breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks from local, organic and unprocessed REAL foods in 20 minutes or less! Participants will assist in selecting and preparing the ingredients and help create the recipes. All foods are gluten and dairy free.
