1: Go to your Amazon account to start return(s).
2: Choose Whole Foods Dropoff.
3: Bring the item(s) to your nearest Whole Foods Market store and go to the Customer Service desk or Amazon Counter— no box or label needed.
4: Show the QR code from the Amazon app or your return request confirmation email to the team member.
Ways to pick up or return:
1: Customer Service Desk: Staffed; accepts returns only
2: Amazon Counters: Staffed; accepts returns and pickups.
3: Amazon Returns Kiosk: Self-service; accepts returns.
