I developed a special sugar free brownie recipe that I make often. Instead of sugar I use erythritol that they are kind enough to order for me at Whole Foods. I love the idea of "better-for-you" desserts, so that I can have my cake (or brownie) and eat it to...and feel good about it!

There is an erythritol sweetener called, "ZSweet" http://www.zsweet.com/ which Whole Foods only occasionally carries, when there is enough shelf space. Its granular texture imitates sugar almost identically and it comes in a pouch or a box of individual packets. It's great on and in everything.
