After cooking Thanksgiving meals for my family for the past 15 years, I wanted to take a break this year and have Whole Foods make our meal this year. Now I can concentrate on my decorating and making hand made Christmas cards for the troops. Can't wait!!

This is actually going to be the first year that I will be doing all the cooking and I'm a bit overwhelmed! This would definitely help make sure that I put a healthy and good quality meal on the table without all the stress.

With $250, I would splurge and let you do the work of preparing all of our favorite foods so I can enjoy the time with my friends and family. We'd likely branch out and have a wider variety of sides, plus I'd spend some of the money I would have spent on the food on a really nice bottle of wine to enjoy with the meal!

Anna says …

This year marks my first Thanksgiving in Michigan. Since my family lives far away, I spend my Thanksgiving cooking a meal with friends--our version of an 'orphan' Thanksgiving. This gift card would be a great help towards a first Thanksgiving with new friends!

The gift card would help me prepare a meal for my family with the best ingredients possible I love shopping at Whole Foods, but don't always have the extra dollars available to shop for better quality ingredients or the time and money to travel to the northside of Indy to shop at the store (I live in Greenwood).

Dee Nelson says …

Of all the places to enjoy a gift card, Whole Foods would be the best!

ETai says …

If I won the gift card, I would order multiple meals & share it with other families.

After buying the ingredients for the dishes and wine I'll take to my friends' Thanksgiving potluck, I'd share the rest with Lift Urban Portland's emergency food pantry, to help supply their clients with holiday goodies.

Dawn Ferguson says …

A $250 Whole Foods gift card would change everything about my Thanksgiving. Right now we can afford to celebrate Thanksgiving with just the two of us, my daughter and myself. We eat organic, whole food and it gets expensive, so inviting guests and having the opportunity to share the holiday with my family is limited. Being able to invite my parents and friends, feeding them a delicious, whole food meal, would be a true blessing.

Kerri says …

I would use this generous $250 gift card to provide my family with a healthy yet tasty meal made with fresh, organic ingredients from your wonderful store in Orland Park, Illinois. Please pick me! Thank you!

George Baro says …

My wife always goes all out fixing Thanksgiving Dinner for the whole family, children & grand children. By the end of the day she is so stressed out that I always wonder how she gets to enjoy all she's done. It would be great to provide her with everything done for her.

A $250 Whole Foods giftcard will help me create the best Thanksgiving because it will allow me to purchase delicious, healthy foods to wow my friends and family with my cooking skills! I love the organic selection provided by Whole Foods but it is not always in my budget as a college student!

Dorothy Hopson says …

whole foods provides options for good health. although money is scarce it remains our #1 store. we may choose to eat less but we buy the best from whole foods. after a 3 hr commute for a part time job it still leaves us unable to pay the rent most months. we cannot afford to buy a turkey so this would make a turkey dinner possible . what is better than a whole foods turkey? this would put our loved ones who live far away at ease knowing we would be eating a nice dinner from whole foods. they worry .

Allison Schubert says …

I'll be hosting Thanksgiving at my house for the first time. I'd love to put the money toward an AMAZING turkey and some great wine (because I'll need it!).

I would use it to make two Thanksgivings: one a traditional meal with all the fixings, and one a gluten free meal to accommodate all of our family's dietary needs.

Gina says …

This will be the first Thanksgiving dinner I prepare myself. I know I can get the highest quality ingredients from Whole Foods.

Adine says …

Thank you for chance for this giveaway. My family would really enjoy the healthy and delicious holiday meal we could share together if we win this prize. We love Whole Foods.

Kathleen Dean says …

A gift card would be a great way to splurge on some Oregon Pinot Noir, a heritage breed turkey, and some Jeni's ice cream for dessert. But, I am thankful for what I have and what I can provide for friends and family, so that gift card would be a great way to donate Thanksgiving meals to others in need.

Susan Swyt says …

I would relax, leave the cooking to Whole Foods, hit the Flying Feather 4 mile run at Glacier Ridge, and enjoy the fun and chaos of visiting family.

Jason Predick says …

After two surgeries this year, this will REALLY help me to create the best and most healthy Thanksgiving feast ever by helping me to purchase high-quality, fresh, and healthy ingredients! :D
