Nix the Mystery Meat

Our sausage meisters are highly skilled in the art of craft sausage making. Like all the meat in our meat department, our house-made sausages are made from animals raised to these standards:

  • No antibiotics, ever!
  • No added hormones*
  • Vegetarian feed

*Federal regulations prohibit the use of hormones in raising pork, poultry, goat, veal and bison. We don’t allow them in beef or lamb, either.
