We have 5 kids and it is vital that we keep the healthy through out the school year. We do give our kids immune support supplements and multi's and believe this has really helped over the years.

Probiotics work great with other supplements. I believe they actually help your body integrate the supplements.

Good to see coverage for back to school. We are still adjusting to the transition, oddly enough my kids are less interested in fruits as the weather turns cooler here. I guess their systems are naturally macrobiotic! I'll try some supplements to make sure they still receive vitamins C/B as cold season approaches.

There is a great product for kids called: Enzymatic Therapy Sea Buddies. it has zinc, C, B6 etc. My boys love it.

This is good info- B complex and C's are great to ward off colds during this time of year + B is a great stress reducer, which is vital as we parents deal with Back to School schedules.

i agree with your info + Susan's comment that B's and C's are really important aspects of immune support. I take a B complex year round, with garlic and ginger, and I am rarely sick.

It is incredible how quickly the seasons are shift here on the East coast. The evenings and mornings are cold, and my husband and I are both already feeling sore/tender throats in the mornings. We are beefing up with an immune support supplement, as well as ginger tea.
