Our Pinot Gris is fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks, which are temperature controlled to maximize fruit character. The wine is then sur lie aged for four months prior to bottling.
Acrobat wines are the result of determination to handcraft Oregon Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris of the highest quality. At the heart of these wines is the love of pairing an honest wine with casual meals and gatherings.
Pale straw in color, this wine is bright and crisp with aromas of rose petal, Asian pear and ripe cantaloupe. The palate has flavors of fresh pear and Fuji apple rounding out a medium bodied mouthfeel with a refreshing, bright finish.
Pinot Gris is a great apperitif and can be a perfect everyday sipping wine or paired with your favorite cheeses, salads, fish tacos and buttermilk fried chicken.
