A little caramel in every cup: Drop one into coffee and it brings a little caramel with it. Each cube dissolves slowly enough to sweeten a cup without stirring.
Rough shape, on purpose: The irregular cubes hold up as a garnish on cocktails and desserts instead of vanishing on contact.
From Mauritius: Grown and processed in Mauritius, which has been making cane sugar for centuries.
