A portion of Bubo cabernet is aged using American and French oak barrels to provide the blending options that allow the Winemaker to craft the bold and structured blend.
Bubo Cabernet boasts strong aromatic notes of black cherry, blackberry and peppercorn on the nose. This wine offers a generous finish with dense flavors of black fruit, black currant and clove.
This full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon pairs best with barbeque beef and ribs and bold aged cheeses such as Gouda.
