Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé is made from 100% Grand Cru Pinot Noir grapes. Cuvée Rosé is made using a proprietary maceration technique and is aged for 5 years in chalk cellars. With a light dosage of 9 g/L, this non-vintage champagne is Brut in style.
All of the Laurent-Perrier Champagnes are made in 100% stainless in order to ensure the freshness for which the house is renowned.
Brilliant character and fine sparkle. Intense and complex nose of slightly candied fruits, pastry, grilled almonds, hints of honey and gingerbread. Grand Siècle perfectly balances strength and delicacy.
Cuvée Rosé is both delicious as an aperitif and a versatile food pairings. Salmon, prawns, duck, and foie gra are excellent matches, as are Thai and Vietnamese dishes. In addition, Cuvée Rosé pairs well with creamy cheese such as Brie or Mt.Tam.
