Our Merlot is lush and inviting, displaying enticing berry and cassis aromas. The layers of luxurious fruit continue on the palate, where lively acidity adds poise and structure, and silky tannins carry the wine to a long, juicy finish.
Pairs well with: Grilled Lamb, Beef, Duck, Wild Rice, Aged Cheddar or Rosemary.
Aged for 12 months in 100% French oak; 35% new French oak.
